Booking The Hall.
Looking for a venue for your event or special occasion?
Trent Memorial Hall is a great choice. Benefit from use of the hall as well as its ample parking. Whether you are planning a party for children or adults, you can spill onto the terrace via the meeting room, or onto the village green if the weather is pleasant. We ask you to inform us of this if you think it may be something you would consider so we do not book two events at the same time.

2 – Enquire
You can enquire about hall availability by simply calling or texting our Bookings Secretary, Amelia Capewell, on 07875 031167 or via email.
3 – Make your Booking
To formalise your booking, please complete our booking form, which will be sent to you once you make an enquiry.
4 – Payment
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice which requires full payment prior to hiring the hall.

Morning (9am - 1pm) - £30
Afternoon (1pm - 5pm) - £30
Morning & Afternoon (9am - 5pm) - £50
Evening (5pm - 11pm) - £45
Afternoon & Evening (1pm - 11pm) - £75
Full Day (9am - 11pm) - £90

£12.50/2 hours minimum, then £6.25/hour

Health & Safety
Inside the hall are posters/instructions detailing how to operate:
- the space heaters;
- the oven
- the fire equipment
Please follow these instructions carefully.
There is a poster in the entrance lobby setting out sensible measures which should be taken to prevent fire or, in the event of a fire, to evacuate the hall.
The fuse box is situated on the right-hand wall in the store room situated at the far end of the hall, next to the kitchen.
Hirers are asked to take care of all equipment used and, in particular, to ensure the kitchen and its equipment, etc, is left clean and tidy.
