Booking The Hall.
Looking for a venue for your event or special occasion?
Trent Memorial Hall is a great choice. Benefit from use of the hall as well as its ample parking. Whether you are planning a party for children or adults, you can spill onto the terrace via the meeting room, or onto the village green if the weather is pleasant. We ask you to inform us of this if you think it may be something you would consider so we do not book two events at the same time.

2 – Enquire

3 – Make your Booking
To formalise your booking, please wait for a confirmation email once you make an enquiry.
4 – Payment
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice which requires full payment prior to hiring the hall.
Hire Fees.
Regular and local users can obtain a 20% discount.
From 1/9/25 weekend sessions attract an additional charge of £10.

Morning (9am - 1pm) - £38
Afternoon (1pm - 5pm) - £38
Morning & Afternoon (9am - 5pm) - £64
Evening (5pm - 11pm) - £57
Afternoon & Evening (1pm - 11pm) - £95
Full Day (9am - 11pm) - £117
Wedding - POA
Meeting Room
£16 / 2 hours minimum, then £8 per hour
Tables & Chairs
Tables - £3 each. Chairs - 50p each (if away from hall).
Health & Safety
Inside the hall are instructions detailing how to operate:
- the air conditioning/heating units;
- the oven
- the fire equipment
Please follow these instructions carefully.
The fuse box is situated on the right-hand wall in the store room situated at the far end of the hall, next to the kitchen.
Hirers are asked to take care of all equipment used and, in particular, to ensure the kitchen and its equipment, etc, is left clean and tidy.
